How to Make a Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Fitness Wear Direct, we gladly accept returns for a refund.
You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains.
Please follow these simple steps:

2. Package your clothing in the original box if possible to our warehouse location at:

How to Make an Exchange
You may exchange unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 60 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size or in a different color and subject to availability.
Please follow these simple steps:
1. Include a copy of your order invoice and indicate the reason for return.
2. Indicate the item you wish to for a new size or color . To print your order, go to "my account"
3. Package and seal your return securely. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which you receive it. Use the original packaging if possible.
4. Drop your package at any USPS location.

Q: I placed items in my cart. What will my final total be?
A: For non-California residents, what you see is what you get. Fitness Wear Direct offers free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more, so your final total will be the total shown on your cart. For California residents, simply add 8.25% tax to get your final total.
Q: At what point in the checkout process is my order final and my credit card charged?
A: At the end of the third step, "Confirmation", there is a button "Finished". Clicking on this button finalizes your order. Of course, you may cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped by notifying us by email or phone.
Q: Your return policy says it is No Hassle". What does this mean?
A: "No Hassle" means that you have 30 days to return the item to us in the original condition no questions asked!
Q: What is the optimum way to care for Fitness Wear Direct garments?
A: Our fabrics can be washed on warm and dried on warm as well. For longer lasting garments however, we recommend they be washed in cold water and then hung or laid flat to dry. This is better for the environment too!
For the SUPPLEX fabric, do not use fabric softener, as this will inhibit the fabric's wicking abilities.
Please do not wash SUPPLEX fabric with any cotton clothes, garments with velcro, zippers or other abrasive accessories.

A: All products are manufactured in our own state of the art facility in the USA. We take great pride in designing and manufacturing our products under one roof which ensures that our commitment to quality and ethics is followed.

*If unauthorized purchases are made with your credit card to Fitness Wear Direct, please contact your credit card company first.
